About “THE EXECUTIVE CHAIR” REALITY SHOW
Welcome to “The Executive Chair,” an exhilarating reality show designed for aspiring entrepreneurs in Cameroon.
Our Story
Participants of “The Executive Chair” embark on a transformative three-month journey that immerses them in the world of entrepreneurship. Through a series of games, challenges, and boot camps, participants showcase their skills, resilience, and creativity across themes such as Leadership, Creativity, Finance, and Discipline. Each week, contestants face elimination based on their performance, with public voting playing a key role in determining who stays and who goes.
How It Works!
Auditions
Simultaneous auditions are held in Yaounde, Douala, and Limbe, attracting thousands of hopefuls, but only a select few make it through.
Weekly Challenges
Participants compete in practical tests, and team challenges, and receive entrepreneurship training, all while being mentored by industry experts.
Eliminations
Weekly eliminations keep the competition fierce, with the ultimate goal of reaching the grand finale.
Grand Finale
The top candidates compete in a climactic showdown to win the ultimate prize, which will help launch their business ideas.
